I'm a 2026 graduate of Northwestern's Medill School of Journalism with a minor in Film & Media Studies. From a young age, I've known I wanted to work in the world of sports -- specifically, the world of sports storytelling.
My affinity for sports has never been purely about my teams winning (something that was never on the table for me as a Browns fan). Instead, my love for sports is rooted in the stories of the people under the helmet. The narratives that develop across a game, season or career are what continue to bring people back to sports year after year.
For that reason, I view myself as both a storyteller and an entertainer. In all my work -- whether it be as a broadcaster, writer or podcaster -- I try to balance being informative and colorful.
At Northwestern, I spent my senior year as the Sports Director for WNUR Sports, Northwestern's premier student radio station. After holding positions as a radio show host and podcast director for the station, I graduated into a leadership position where I oversaw all station activities, content and finances. Through WNUR, I broadcast six different sports and called more than 75 total games. Highlights include a trip to Tuscaloosa, Alabama for Northwestern Softball's 2023 NCAA Super Regional against Alabama and to Detroit for the GameAbove Sports Bowl between Northwestern and Central Michigan.
In addition to the games I've called for WNUR, I've also broadcast games for B1G+ and the Alameda Merchants Baseball Club. For the Merchants, I spent the 2025 summer in the Bay Area, serving as the team's primary play-by-play voice in the California Collegiate League. For B1G+, I've broadcast Northwestern men's basketball, women's basketball, baseball and softball telecasts and have also run graphics, cameras and operated the score bug for live game productions.
As a print journalist, I spent three years writing for Inside NU, Northwestern's SB Nation affiliate, culminating in running the site as Editor-in-Chief for a year. I wrote over 125 pieces on Northwestern sports and was named a two-time regional winner for Sports Column Writing by the Society for Professional Journalists (2023 and 2024). Some of my best memories include event coverage at the NFL Combine, Big Ten Men's Basketball Tournament, Assembly Hall and Wrigley Field.
On this site, you'll also find my on-camera and podcasting work. As an analyst for NNN Sports, I've produced, written and designed my own specialized segments and reported pregame and postgame stand-ups at Northwestern sporting events. In my time as Podcast Director for WNUR Sports, I planned, hosted and edited over 35 podcast episodes covering six different Wildcat teams. In 2026, I launched a podcast I co-host covering Big Ten softball. In winter 2026, I was an Originals & Storytelling Intern at Big Ten Network, where I picked up valuable editing and storytelling skills.
